River Lofts at Ashton Mill⁴

Two residential apartments and a workshop were constructed in this adaptive reuse of a historic cotton mill building, part of a complex on the banks of the Blackstone River. The building is upgraded with modern amenities, while a spare industrial palette informs the design of each unit.
