At One Franklin Town, we created a new public experience for visitors and tenants by reconfiguring the building lobbies, concierge area, a new WiFi Lounge, as well as the creation of management and leasing offices and a resident services area. The qualities of the original building are highlighted, and complimented with restrained contemporary finishes and lighting.
