Harbor View House

Looking over the harbor, this converted summer "camp" was updated with a modern eat-in kitchen, entryway and mudroom, and powder room. The second phase updated the second floor, providing bedrooms and a balcony, to take maximum advantage of the views. Exteriors were renovated, windows and insulation added, and landscape redesigned to bring the home into harmony with the natural setting.
